This multi-story exterior renovation involved coordinating crews, materials, and city inspections while ensuring work was completed safely and efficiently in a high-traffic area.

One of the key challenges was managing construction around occupied units — which required constant communication with tenants, scheduling around their availability, and minimizing disruptions. I oversaw daily progress updates, inspection coordination, and ensured all work stayed compliant with city requirements.

Project Focus: Exterior siding replacement, scaffolding management, and waterproofing.

My Role: Project coordination, permit tracking, scheduling, and on-site communication between contractor, crew, and tenants.

This project involved repairing and bringing an older multi-unit building up to code compliance under strict Campbell Building Department regulations. I coordinated between tenants, multiple property owners, and the city to manage inspections and permits.

When the city flagged the stairs as “grandfathered” and initially declined inspection approval, I facilitated communication between the client, contractor, and a third-party inspector to ensure successful project completion.

My role included managing all communication, scheduling, and documentation for both the client and contractor to keep the project moving smoothly and within compliance.

For this project, I’m assisting from start to finish — beginning with estimate preparation, negotiation, and handling all communication between the contractor and property owners. I’ll oversee progress throughout the construction phase until final inspection and issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy.

Part of my role also includes client relationship management — ensuring clear communication, smooth coordination, and gathering client feedback and reviews to help build long-term trust and growth for the company..
